My clients come to me because they are caught in a rut, whether it’s through a depressive episode, anxiety, spiritual and existential exploration, or major life transitions (separation, job loss, etc). Being truly heard and understood is the first step to healing and that is my primary goal. Through our work together, clients find themselves better able to identify and change unwanted patterns in their lives, and are able to understand and value themselves more as human beings.
